Reiki
This is a hands-on body treatment that leaves clients feeling relaxed & renewed. I love showing my clients how just a few treatments can make an enormous difference to their health & daily life.
Reiki cleanses the body of toxins & supports the immune system, clears the mind & improves focus.Helps you sleep better, Helps spiritual growth & Accelerates the body's self-healing ability.
Reiki is a safe, gentle, non-invasive form of healing, hands-on through gentle touch or no touch if you preferred. I use my hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow & balance of your energy to support healing.
Reiki is used all over the world, including in hospitals to complement other forms of health treatments.
Reiki treatments typically last about 40,50 minutes.

Women’s Relaxation Massage
Focusing on women. I aim to create a safe beautiful space where you can relax & unwind bringing balance to the body & soul.
Massage helps your mental & emotional health, as it calms the mind & settles the nervous system.
Massage helps activate each clients natural healing processes as well as restoring their physical and emotional well-being.
Relaxation massage provides a general loosen up, encourages blood flow throughout the body & helps boost the immune system by stimulating the lymphatics.

Meditation
Meditation gives you sense of calm, peace & balance, supporting emotional well-being & your overall health. Meditating is a way to relax & cope with stress by refocusing your attention on something calming & coming back to stillness. Holistic medicine is a broad range of practices based on generations of tradition. After a single session, you’ll start to see changes to your body, mind and energy levels.

One on One Support
Breaking apart ourselves to grow. We as women & men deserve to be survivors, strong & empowered, not victims who have been wounded. Sometimes we fail & that is how we learn.
Assisting you through a process of guidance & support, doing this together where you are not alone.
Unresolved traumas, stresses & emotional upsets leave a residue within the energy system of your body.
I am here to help guide you with anxiety, phobias, anger, guilt, fear, using NLP, Time Line Therapy & Hypnotherapy, or just some one on one coaching.
Gaining acceptance of your own life & learning to take responsibility 100% of your own being.
Choosing to want to achieve them goals & start following your own values that is right for you, learning to having a choice, start using your voice, start having clarity, but most of all having some hope.
I want to help women find their life purpose again after traumatic life experiences, suffering from Domestic Violence, finding yourself again through motherhood, self loss, everyday stress, illness, any mental changes & challenges. I provide a safe confidential space where you can be supported to make new goals & step towards what you thrive for.
I will be keeping my prices low to support women in hardship, I don’t want any one who comes across my page to miss out & if I can’t support or guide you I will support you finding someone who can.
I believe we all in need of some self love, self growth, self acceptance, self independence.
